Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?
A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Processing takes 1-3 business days not including holidays. Shipping takes 3-6 business days not including holidays. During Holidays & Promotions please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders.
Q. How do I change, exchange or cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless your item was received damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please review our refund/exchange policy and contact us immediately, we will be more than happy to assist you.
Q. What if the items sent was incorrect from my order?
A. First and foremost we would like to apologize in advance if we ever made an error on your order. We know your time is valuable, please contact us and we'll expedite your correct order immediately!
Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact carrier to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. If order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer will be responsible for reshipping fee.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
A. Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Q. I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we can't alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please take your time to ensure that your order is correct before completing the checkout process.
Q. I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale price be applied to my order?
A. No. Purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for new sales price.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We have international shipping options, most options take between 7-21 business days.
Q. Do international customers pay custom fees or extra taxes?
A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import fees, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. Most carriers will provide exact fees before shipment is finalized.
